After this acquisition, the shareholding of N.K. Proteins Ltd. in NKIL has been increased from 113157 Equity shares (representing 1.88% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 113837 equity shares (representing 1.89% of paid up capital of NKIL).
Moreover, the shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group has been increased from 3202743 Equity shares (representing 53.29% of paid up capital of NKIL) to 3203623 Equity share (representing 53.31% of paid up capital of NKIL). |
