| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend on Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each @ Rs. 0.10/- per equity share (10%) for the year, amounting to Rs. 3,70,22,620/- (excluding Dividend Distribution Tax), for the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing annual general meeting. The dividend recommended will be applicable for the full year also to the equity shares issued during the year. |
