| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. The board has received resignation letter from Sri. S. V. Pattabhiraman conveying his inability to act as a Director of the Company due to his pre occupation. The Board considered the same and gave their acceptance and approval for relieving Sri. S. V. Pattabhiraman from the Board of the Company.
2. Consequent to the Resignation of Sri S. V. Pattabhiraman Director, the composition of some of the committee’s were reconstituted. The Board passed necessary resolution to that effect. |
