| Exchange Disseminated Time | Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Ltd (HOEC) has informed BSE that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on September 29, 2009, inter alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2009 and Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date and the Reports, of the Directors and Auditors’ thereon.
2. To appoint a Director in place of Mr. R. Vasudevan who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.
3. To appoint M/s. Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Chartered Accountants, as the Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of this Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and authorize the Board of Directors of the Company to fix their remuneration.
4. To re-appoint Mr. Sunil Behari Mathur, Mr. Mukesh Butani & Mr. Sergio Adriano Laura as Directors of the Company. |
