1. Resignation of Mr. Hari S. Bhartia: Mr. Hari S. Bhartia, Director and Non-executive Chairman has resigned from the Board of Directors ('Board') of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on July 19, 2017. The Board has, as its meeting held on July 19, 2017, accepted his resignation.
2. Appointment of Mr. Priyavrat Bhartia as Chairman: The Board has, at the said meeting, approved the appointment of Mr. Priyavrat Bhartia, Director, as Non-executive Chairman of the Board effective from July 20, 2017. Mr. Priyavrat Bhartia, being brother, is related to Mr. Shamit Bhartia, Director of the Company.
