1. To consider and approve the Annual Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2012.
2. To consider the proposal to declare Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2011-12 and to fix the Book Closure dates.
3. To discuss the proposal for raising of funds for the various corporate plans of the Company and to decide the pattern and manner of raising the funds for the same.
4. To Re-Appoint Sri D. Krishna Kumar Raju as Vice-Chairman & Executive Director.
5. To convene the 21st Annual General Meeting and fix the date, time and venue of the meeting. |
