| Exchange Disseminated Time | Lumax Auto Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot have passed the Special Resolution for alteration of the existing Main Object Clause III (A) of the Company, by adding the New Sub Clauses as 'III(A) 3' and 'III(A)4' after the existing Clause No. 'III(A)2' in the following manner:
3. To Carry out the work and expend money on research, design and development,
experimentation, testing, improving or seeking to improve existing products, processes, patents, rights, etc, in connection with any of its activities in pursuance of the aforesaid objects and to expend money to invent, develop, or seek, any new products allied to and in the course of pursuing the objects as detailed above.
4. To work develop, license, sell or otherwise deal with any inventions in which the Company is interested whether as Owner, Licensee or otherwise, and to make, levy, or
hire any machinery required for making or desirable to be used as maclimes included in such inventions. |
