Ltd. (Formerly: Mallcom Safety Equipment Pvt. Ltd.). The shares transfers in this regards have been registered on April 08, 2016, by the Board of Directors of Trencher Online Services Private Limited. Hence, w.e.f. April 08, 2016, the Company has no stake in Trencher Online Services Private Limited and it is no more subsidiary of the Company. |
