1. Re-appointed Mr. Kochouseph Chittilappily as the Executive Chairman of the Company for a period of three years with effect from April 01, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
2. Re-appointed Mr. Mithun K Chittilappilly as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years with effect from April 01, 2015, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
