Further, as per the "Creative Eye Limited Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading" and as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company have been closed for the Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company from February 01, 2015 till February 10, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
