| Exchange Disseminated Time | Prime Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Appeal preferred by Prime Broking Company (India) Limited (PBCIL) in the Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), against the order of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). declaring PBCIL a defaulter and expelling it from its membership, has been dismissed by the SAT.
PBCIL is in consultation with its legal advisors on the next course of action. Everything necessary to protect shareholder interest is being done, including {but not restricted to) an Appeal in a higher Court. |
