1. Took note of the Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi entailing merger of Bijli Holdings Private Limited (BHPL) with the Company effective from January 01, 2016.
2. Allotted 62,19,719 and 38,12,086 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (pari-passu in all respect) of PVR Limited to Mr. Ajay Bijli and Mr. Sanjeev Kumar respectively, cancelled and extinguished 1,00,31,805 equity shares of the Company held by BHPL in accordance with the said Order. |
