Ms. Ritika Dusad will serve as an Additional Director of the Board till the next General Meeting of the Company, when her appointment as a Non-Executive Director will be placed for approval of the shareholders of the Company.
Ms. Ritika Dusad is pursuing her Ph D in Physics from prestigious Cornell University. |
