| Exchange Disseminated Time | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2014 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / Nine months ended December 31, 2013.
Further as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Morarjee Textiles Limited, the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said code will be closed from February 03, 2014 to February 11, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
