1. Approve and take on record the quarterly un-audited financial results for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2016.
2. Fix the schedule for the 30th Annual General Meeting.
3. Approve the book Closure.
Further, the trading window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations from August 04, 2016 to the closing hours of August 13, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
