SNS Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2016, have considered the matter and have decided the following:

1. To obtain approval of the Members under Section 4, 13 and all other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder to alter/amend existing Main Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company by way of Postal Ballot;

2. To obtain approval of the Members under Section 4, 13, 14 and all other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder for change of name of the Company from 'SNS Textiles Limited' to 'Kush Industries Limited' by way of Postal Ballot;
