| Exchange Disseminated Time 05/09/2015 12:07:30 | Shalimar Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 23, 2015 to September 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 113th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2015.
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Clause 35B of the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchanges, the Company is providing electronic voting ("e-Voting") facility to members to enable them to cast their votes electronically. For the purpose of determining the Shareholders eligible to cast their votes electronically / physically, the Company has fixed September 22, 2015 as the cut-off date. The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited ("CDSL") to provide the e-voting facility.
The e-voting period will commence from Friday, 25th September, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. and will end September 27, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. The e-voting module shall be disabled by CDSL. |
