1. Mr. Uday Khanna.
2. Mr. Sunil Madhok, designated as Executive Director, Business Operations.
3. Mr. Vivek Dhariwal, designated as Executive Director, Technical Operations.
The appointment and remuneration of Mr. Madhok and Mr. Dhariwal, Whole-time Directors, will be subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. |
