1. To take on record the unaudited (provisional) financial results for third quarter ended on December 31, 2015.
2. To consider appointment of Mr. Abhijit Sen as the Independent Director of the Company.
3. To consider appointment of Mr. Ravi Duggar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. February 02, 2016.
Further, Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for directors, officers and designated employees of the Company from January 26, 2016 to February 03, 2016 in view of the consideration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. The trading window shall open for trading from February 04, 2016. |
