1. The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2017.
2. The share transfer books of the company will remain closed from August 5, 2017 (Saturday) to August 10, 2017 (Thursday), for the purpose of 30th Annual General Meeting.
3. The Members, whose names appear in the Register of Members / list of Beneficial Owners as on August 4, 2017 (Friday) i.e. the date prior to the commencement of Book closure date are entitled to vote on the Resolutions proposed at the AGM to be held on August 10, 2017.
