For this purpose, April 14, 2017 has been fixed as the cut-off date for reckoning the list of shareholders holding shares in physical form, to whom the new share certificates will be issued. All share certificates prior to the issuance of new share certificates as per the above cut-off date including that held in erstwhile name of the Company (Malayalam Plantations Limited) shall be deemed to be cancelled with immediate effect from the cut-off date and will be bad delivery for all purposes.
