1. Please find enclosed the revised Financial Results for the quarter ended 30 September 2017, as per Schedule III of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per Ind AS.
2. We request you to kindly note that, the Company has submitted the note with regard to the reconciliation of net profit for the corresponding quarter of the previous year along with the financial results submitted for the quarter ended 30 September 2017.
3. We would like to clarify that there is no material adjustments to be made to the net profit for the corresponding quarter or of the previous year. Hence, there is no reconciliation statement submitted.
