| Exchange Disseminated Time | Esab India Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 04, 2016 to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2015.
As per the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in Company’s Shares will remain closed with effect from January 14, 2016 to February 06, 2016 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the designated employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to trade in the company’s shares during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
