| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Indo Thai Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, have recommended a dividend @ 10% i.e. Re. 1/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. Such dividend is subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting and will be paid on or after date of the said meeting. The date of Book Closure for the entitlement of such dividend and Annual General Meeting shall be decided and informed in due course of time. |
