1. To consider the insertion of new object clause in addition to the existing main object of the Company to authorize the Company to undertake realty business activities and taking the approval of the shareholders through Postal Ballot as prescribed under Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956.
2. Approval of the calendar of events.
3. Appointment of scrutinizer for the postal ballot.
