| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/02/2016 12:57:42 | With reference to the earlier letter dated February 12, 2016 stating that the Hon'ble Bombay High Court was pleased to allow filing of Appeal and stated that both the Appeals i.e. HDFC Bank's Appeal and Ashima's proposed appeal would be tagged together and heard on February 25, 2016.
Ashima Ltd has now informed BSE that in the meanwhile, because of the change in the sitting list of high court, the matter moved to another Division Bench of High Court. However, on request of the other side, the Petitions stood adjourned to March 04, 2016. |
