1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2011 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended 31st March, 2011 together with the report of Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Mehta as Director of the Company who retires by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of M/s. Ashok Khasgiwala & Company as Auditors of the Company.
4. Re-appointment of Mr. Manish Shahra as the Jt. Managing Director of the Company.
5. Re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Trivedi as the Whole-time Director of the Company.
6. Appointment of Mr. Kamal Kumar Gupta as a Director. |
