Further, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 & Code of Conduct framed thereunder, the trading window will remain closed from 05th February, 2018 to 16th February, 2018 (both days inclusive) for all directors & designated employees of the Company.
