| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/10/2016 11:09:16 | With reference to the earlier announcement dated October 15, 2016 regarding Financial Results for September 30, 2016, Steel Strips Wheels Ltd has now informed BSE that due to typographical error, in the column of six monthly results ended September 30, 2016, tax amount has been shown as Rs. 1332.76 lac instead of Rs.963.34 lac and consequently the net profit after tax has been shown as Rs. 3292.29 Lac instead of Rs. 3661.71 Lac.
Therefore, correct Net profit after tax for the six months ended September 30, 2016 is Rs. 3661.71 lacs and Correct Basic EPS is Rs. 23.75 instead of Rs. 21.35 and diluted EPS is Rs. 23.71 instead of Rs. 21.32. |
