| Exchange Disseminated Time 10/08/2016 15:39:07 | Majesco Ltd has informed BSE that at a meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on August 10, 2016 has allotted 67437 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) to the eligible employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes (ESOP). The said equity shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.
Resultantly, the paid up share capital of the Company stands increased to 2,32,48,400 Equity Shares amounting in aggregate to Rs. 11,62,42,000/-. |
