| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kilitch Drugs India Ltd informed BSE that with reference to the issue of 29,00,000 warrants to Promoter and Non-promoters allotted on preferential basis, the Company has received letters from the following warrant holders, except Promoters (promoter were allotted 13,00,000 warrants which stands) for withdrawal of their application and the Company has forfeited amount received on application of the afore said warrants being 10% (ten percent) of the said subscription price paid on allotment is forfeited to the Company in the terms of the resolution passed in the Extra Ordinary General meeting held on August 11, 2008 and DIP Guidelines.
