| Exchange Disseminated Time | Delton Cables Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, notice is hereby given for information of the Directors & Employees of the Company that in view of the ensuing Board Meeting fixed for December 12, 2014 to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company and to issue Bonus Shares to the equity shareholders of the Company subject to the approval of the members in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, the Trading Window shall remain closed from December 09, 2014 to December 13, 2014 (both days inclusive).
During the aforesaid period when the Trading Window is closed, the Directors/Employees shall not trade in the Company's securities. |
