| Exchange Disseminated Time | Ravalgaon Sugar Farm Ltd has informed BSE that the workers of the Company resorted to an illegal strike from March 07, 2013, at the Company’s factory in Ravalgaon. With intervention and series of meetings with the Government Labour authorities, the strike was finally called off on April 27, 2013. Normally in operations has since been restored.
Since the crushing season was over by February 15, 2013, the main activity of the Company, viz. manufacture of sugar, was not affected by the strike. |
