| Exchange Disseminated Time | Precision Pipes and Profiles Company Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 10, 2014, inter alia, has transacted the following :
1. Consequent to the recent changes in the Board of the Company, the Board has reconstituted various Committees formed under Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
2. The Board took note of the disassociation of Mr. Devendra Chandra Jain and Mr. Sharat Chand Jain along with their relatives and respective entities from the Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company. |
