| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/08/2015 21:24:32 | Rollatainers Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on August 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended June 30, 2015.
Further, the Company has decided that the closure of trading window as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 would commence from August 17, 2015 and the trading window shall remain close till the completion of second trading day after the announcement of Financial Results of the Company i.e. close of trading hours of August 31, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
