We reproduce below the circular issued by the undersigned to the specified employees in this regard. 'This it to inform that, from the opening of business in Stock Exchange on 4th May 2017, trading (selling, transfer, buying, pledging dealing) of IMIL shares is not permitted by you and your dependents (Parents, Spouse, Sisters, Brothers and Children). This is due to the proposed adoption of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st March 2017 at the Board meeting to be held on Thursday, the 11th May 2017.
