1. Mr. Hemant Jain, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from January 25, 2017 to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Nikhil Bansal.
2. Resignation of Mr. Manendra Singh from the post of Company Secretary has been accepted and he has been relieved from the services of the Company with effect from closing business hours of January 24, 2017.
3. Miss Lipika Garg, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from January 25, 2017. |
