Further, that Ms. Jacintha Castelino, Practising Company Secretary appointed with effect from August 01, 2016 is a replacement in place of Ms. Stenna Fernandes, Practising Company Secretary who has ceased to be compliance officer with effect from August 01, 2016 due to unavoidable circumstances. |
