| Exchange Disseminated Time | City Union Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on December 24, 2014,
have approved for voluntary delisting of the Bank's equity shares from Madras Stock Exchange Ltd., in terms of provisions of Regulation 6 & 7 of SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009.
Further, the equity shares of the Bank shall continue to remain listed in the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited (BSE), having nationwide trading terminals. |
