Please note that as required under Regulations 33(3)(a) and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the said unaudited financial results, if approved by the Board, will be sent to you after the conclusion of the Board Meeting. The said unaudited financial results will also be published in the newspapers on Wednesday, 2nd August, 2017.
