| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/10/2016 08:54:07 | FGP Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2016, inter-alia, to approve and take on record Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.
Further, pursuant to Company’s Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct (the Code) adopted as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed from October 29, 2016 till closure of Company’s business hours on November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open on November 12, 2016.
Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Designated Persons and all other persons covered under the Code are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company from October 29, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
