1. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved and adopted a policy for preservation and archival of documents and a policy on determination of materiality of event and information. The said policies will be posted on the website of the Company (www.microsec.in).
2. Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board has authorised the following Key Managerial Personnel for the purpose of determining materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to the stock exchange(s). |
