| Exchange Disseminated Time | JM Financial Consultants Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") on behalf of Mr. Sushil Pandurang Mantri ("Acquirer") has informed the Post Offer Public Announcement to the shareholders of Marathwada Refractories Ltd ("Target Company"), which is in continuation of & should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement ("PA") dated November 30, 2010, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 ("Regulations"), to acquire up to 20.00% of the Voting Capital of the Target Company at price of Rs. 397 per equity share, payable in cash.
Capitalised terms used but not specifically defined herein will have the same meaning as defined in the Public Announcement dated November 30, 2010.
