| Exchange Received Time 16/01/2018 17:49:49 Exchange Disseminated Time 16/01/2018 17:49:54 Time Taken 00:00:05 | Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2017, for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from Tuesday, 23rd January, 2018, upto a period of 48 hours after the date on which Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2017 is submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The said Results will be considered by the Board of Directors at its Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 30th January, 2018. Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving Equity Shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
