| Exchange Disseminated Time | Dujodwala Products Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2011, inter alia, to discuss the following:
1. To consider the unaudited Financial result of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2010.
2. To consider conversion of the FIRST TRANCHE of 431080 warrants in to equity shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of Issue of Capital and disclosure requirements 2009/SEBI (DIP) Guidelines, 2000 read with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover regulations).

- Amount paid on issue of warrants (equivalent to 25% comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- issued at a premium of Rs. 8.59/- per share) : Rs. 2003444.3/-
- Amount payable on conversion (Balance of 75% comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- issued at a premium of Rs. 8.59/- per share) : Rs. 6010333.1/-
The above conversion has reference to the issue of 2550000 equity warrants vide approval at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on December 22, 2009 and allotment of the same made in pursuance of the Board resolution dt. February 25, 2010. |
