Further, these Directors are deemed to have been elected as Directors representing Shareholders other than the Central Government under Section 9(3)(i) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 and have assumed office with effect from December 24, 2014 and shall hold office for a period of three years up to December 23, 2017. |
