| Exchange Disseminated Time | Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd has informed BSE that that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held March 30, 2015, inter alia, have noted and approved:
1. Appointment of Mrs. Kiran Anuj, as Additional Director of the Company with effect from March 30,2015, in accordance with Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
2. Resignation of the following two Executive (Whole-time Directors) from the Board of Directors of the Company:-
a. Mr. Manoj Maheshwari as Executive Director of the Company with effect from March 30, 2015.
b. Dr. Sanjeev Kumar as Executive Director of the Company with effect from March 30, 2015.
Both Mr. Manoj Maheshwari and Dr. Sanjeev Kumar will continue to be in the whole time employment of the Company. |
