1. Appointment of Mr. Suresh Chand Jain as an Executive Director of the Company for a period commencing from August 14, 2012 and ending on August 13, 2014.
2. Appointment of Mr. Gaurav Guptaa as Director of the Company who was appointed as an additional Director in the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 14, 2012.
3. Appointment of Mr. Rishi Kumar Jain as Director of the Company who was appointed as an Independent Director in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 14, 2012.
4. The tenure of Mr. Mayur Gupta as Managing Director of the Company has been completed on September 30, 2012 and has not been renewed as per his wish and desire. Mr. Mayur Gupta however continues to be Director of the Company. |
