| Exchange Disseminated Time | Balaji Amines Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 24, 2008, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Received, considered and adopted the Audited Balance Sheet as on March 31, 2008 and profit & Loss account for year ending on that date along with reports of director and auditors thereof.
2. Dividend was declared @ Rs 1.50/- per equity share of Rs 10/- to the Shareholders, whose names appear on the Registrar of Members of the Company as on the date of this meeting.
3. Re-appointed Sri. S Vishnu Roa & Sri. M R Krishnaiah as Directors of the Company.
4. Re-appointed M/s. V Sridhar & Co., Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company from conclusion of this Annual General Meeting to conclusion of next annual general meeting. |
