| Exchange Disseminated Time | Jagran Prakashan Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has considered and approved the Scheme of arrangement between Naidunia Media Ltd and Company and their respective shareholders and creditors under sections 391 to 394 read with section 78, 100 to 104 of the Companies Act, 1956 ("Scheme"). The Scheme is pending for approval from High Court of Judicature at Madhya Pradesh (Indore bench).
The Scheme shall be effective from the date of filing of certified / authenticated copies of Orders of the High Court with the Registrar of Companies at Uttar Pradesh and Registrar of Companies at Madhya Pradesh, as applicable. |
